UK Campsites For Motorhomes

In this section we report on and review the UK locations that we have stayed overnight in our motorhome, most are private sites because we are not members of either of the major caravan organisations. Caravans and motorhomes are different, the type of holiday and the overall experience of a caravan and a motorhome are totally different. In our opinion motorhomes and caravans should not share the same area within a campsite. Caravans and motorhomes should be kept apart, the facilities that they require are totally different although many site providers don’t realise it.

Caravanning is about long stays and having all the modern conveniences of home, whereas motorhome stays are short, concise, episodes in or on a journey.
